SheWrx is an online directory that allows businesses to publish listings and allows users to browse those listings. SheWrx does not employ, endorse, recommend, vet, background-check, license-verify, insure, or guarantee any business or individual listed on the site.
3. No Vetting; Use At Your Own Risk
All transactions, communications, and services occur directly between you and the business. By using this site, you agree that SheWrx and its operators are not liable for any loss, injury, or damages resulting from interactions with any listed business or individual. Always verify identity, credentials, insurance, and references before allowing anyone into your home.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Business Listings
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish. You may not publish content that is false, misleading, infringing, abusive, or unlawful. We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to scrape, harvest, or misuse data from the directory; harass other users; impersonate any person; or interfere with the operation of the site.
7. Intellectual Property
The SheWrx name, logo, and original content are owned by SheWrx. Listing content remains owned by the businesses that publish it; by publishing, businesses grant SheWrx a license to display that content on the directory.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SheWrx and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or any listed business.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
